I want to use this Post to tell you more about what is going on.
we have changed the structure of NUA, and we are also working on amazing stuff!
so much has happened in 2020, and I believe that what has happened to the world has taught you so much specially about yourself, where you are in life, where you want to be and what is the gap. maybe you were able to build a relationship with yourself and understand more about who you truly are, this is not spoken often however so essential...Or maybe you didn't, maybe you just curious, and curiosity is something,
EMBRACE IT. Go after that and find your spark.
The best movie I have seen so far this year was SOUL - an amazing animation which explains how human beings live their lives and what it really matter the most in the end (I would say go and watch it now, if you didn't.).
We are having new people popping in, the tribe is groin, and we are doing everything to meet your needs. I have been having many questions so I thought I should wright a blog and re-introduce NUA Ltd and tell you what we have been up to.

What is NUA and What do we Do?
NUA Ltd is a Mentorship Academy which aims to help women elevate and step into who they were born to be.
I believe that once we strip off fear, old stories, insecurities and we connect with our true selves we can conquer anything, hence why the name NUA.
We work with women (group and one to one sessions), due to the COVID restrictions we are working virtually.
WHAT IS GOING ON BEHIND THE SCENES?
NUA Ltd is collaborating with a numerous of professionals which has been amazing, we have a Financial advisor that provides FREE sessions for any woman. A financial Journalism which will be sharing tips and articles with us.
Yoga teachers to help ground the team and clients, and mentorship programs.
QDOTEZ - workshops for teenagers (QSB Foundation).
NUA WOMEN Empowerment Book: Nua is currently Recruiting and Editing real naked, unfiltered and authentic stories to be published. This is our newest project and has been amazing how we have connected with so many powerful women and have read amazing stories so far.

THE MEMBERSHIP: We are currently working on the software and building this feature for you, keep an eye and let us know your interest in being part of the membership where there will be trainings, workbooks, guides, Q&A's and more to help you elevate to the highest version of yourself.
Once we have your details as soon as doors open we can let you know.
Also let us know what areas you need help with and we will do what we can to create the best experience and assistance possible.

CONFIDENT ME PROGRAMME: A project of the Founder and CEO of NUA Ltd which is a 6 week program to take women to become their confident selves. Nàdia Dias is working on it with her psychological and therapeutic skills blended with the universal laws she bases her work in science and life experience and research of many women she has worked with and still does. Coming Soon
YOU ARE SUPPORTED CALL: As due to Covid our workshops had to be postponed we have decided to do a Women Circle intimate Call.
