Candied beetroot with Stilton cheese, zaatar spicy and honey bee Recipe

Ingredients:


1 rainbow beetroot

2 candy beetroot

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

60g Stilton blue cheese

1 teaspoon zaatar spices

Method:


Preheat the oven for 300c

On the tray foil individually beetroot adding a pinch of salt, olive oil and roast for 30-40min until fork tender. Cool it down and run the beetroot to remove the skins.

On the bowl mix half thin sliced and half diced with crumbled Stilton cheese, honey and zaatar spices

Drizzle with olive oil


Ready to serve with a slice of a toast.
