Heyaa,
October was the month of the NUA Gratitude Challenge, is the third year we run this challenge just before the end of the year and the feedback is amazing.
Women from all around the world join a group where we complete a morning and evening Gratitude practice.
Many came to me and said I cant do it, or I don't have the time but I would love to, we worked together and so these same women completed the challenge.
Gratitude is super important, i believe is the start of everything that we want to achieve, if you cannot be grateful is hard to actually have it.
Nàdia will be bringing more about Manifestation inside the portal where members can learn all the practices, tips and tricks to manifest and create all that they want... Keep an eye!
Before you try anything else I would suggest you to practice GRATITUDE, because it transforms your being, your energy and in turn your life.
Like the old Scriptures state: Whoever has (gratitude)will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have (gratitude), even what he has will be taken from him.
An Amazing book that you should read is The Magic by Rhonda Byrne.

Because with GRATITUDE all starts, my journey started right here, after watching the documentary THE SECRET plenty of times I was still lost and soul searching, i decided to buy this book and practise it.
I didn't get it right straight away, I had to restart plenty of times, which made me understand that we can see things plenty of times, even hearing the right things although only when we are ready that we see it or hear it. In other words everything happens exactly in the right time.
By practicing gratitude and by becoming part of my being, my all life changed for the better, hence why i find it crucial to bring to you guys such a simple and powerful tool.
GRATITUDE AND SCIENCE
Gratitude is a positive psychological characteristic which tends to foster positive feelings and contributes to ones overall sense of wellbeing.
Grateful people are more grateful people are more helpful, compassionate and generous, they are happier and feel less lonely, isolated and have lower rates of depression rates and stress. Being grateful improves your mood, helps you being more optimistic, more forgiving and sleeping better.
When thinking shifts from negative to positive, neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin increase and these are happy hormones that promote positive feelings like pleasure, happiness, and love. Also contributes to the feeling of closeness and connection that comes with feeling grateful.
