Hey Guys,

We are almost at the end of 2019 WOW!!

This year really went fast. Just a Lil while ago was Christmas, now I am walking down Oxford Circus and feels so Christmassy again...

Life goes by right?

Fast,

If there is something we cannot turn back; it is time.

I have made a list about the things I have accomplished this year as I was feeling that I have not done much... well let's have a look at my list:

- Completed Masters

- Completed Management NVQ5

- Completed NLP practitioner Diploma

- Level 2 Reiki

- Self-development

- Add medication into my routine

- Self-care

- Traveled to Greece

- Girls trip

- Clarity

- Helped many through my biz

- Launched Body and Mind mindset

1 year = 12 months

I am a full-time mummy, working around my duties and responsibilities, and I still felt I was not doing enough!!

So I wrote it down to give a pat in my back. I might not have ticked all the boxes of my initial goals at the beginning of the year,

some might have changed along the way,

However, what was accomplished was good enough.

Why am I sharing this with you?

Because like me I know you also feel that what you are doing is not enough, or good enough and something you might look at it as it is nothing...

Let me tell you

It is a lot!

You gotta start owning that.

Taking time to celebrate any little accomplishment

DOES NOT MATTER HOW SMALL IT MIGHT FEEL

we must start somewhere.

And remember all is energy, therefore the more appreciative we become,

more of what we appreciate drops into our world.

When I started 2019 I was on a continuous journey, and as part of my routine I make plans and write Goal Lists

- Yearly and break them down monthly

So Every Last day of the month I revisit the previous Goals List and reflect on it, I tick what was accomplished.

I write a list of goals for the new month and add a mantra and what I am calling in for the month (manifesting) in other words my point of focus.

For example the last months of 2019 I was calling in Clarity in areas of my life.

Writing plans down, and creating a routine where I checked my progression has helped to realize:

- What I am capable of

- Being on track (like being accountable)

- Being organized

- Achieving goals on time

- Being Able to structure and break goals down to make them achievable

- and excelling at many tasks such as juggling my master's degree around working, being a mother, responsibilities, duties and all that in the goals list achieved above.

It is possible, You just got to want it.

Are you Ready?

Let's start planning your goals today:

It is so important that you can see it clearly your N goal because this is how you are going to breakdown all you need to do monthly.

Also that you know what you are ready to leave behind and how you are going to clear the space for something new to come into your life.

Make a List of your Goals for 2020:

- Where do you see yourself in 1year time?

- Where do you see yourself in 6 months time?

- Where do you see yourself in 3 months time?

- What are your goals for December 2019?

Answer these questions:

What are you have or are leaving behind?

What are the things you would like to change in your life?

Who is the better version of you?

You got to be brutally honest and decide what actions you want to take to reach a place you want to be. Remember that along the way, all is well, all is good.

Your goals are yours to handle,

your responsibility

You want it,

Go get it.

No one is to blame if you don't get it BUT you.

No one HAS to do anything for you...

Remember to take RESPONSIBILITY for your life and the DECISIONS that you make.

I wishing you all a wonderful last month of 2019.
