Seafood Quinoa with Turmeric

Chef Guimas shares a delicious recipe packed with essential amino acids, antioxidants, omega 3, protein and fibre. Vitamin D3 strengthens the kidneys and intestines, regenerates muscles and improves heart and lung health. Enjoy a recipe that tastes as good as it is for your body.


  • Ingredients: Nutrition:

  • 1 cup white quinoa Essential amino acids

  • 150g mix seafood Antioxidant

  • 3 medium tomatoes ripe Protein

  • ½ white onions Fibre Omega 3

  • 2 garlic cloves Vitamin D3

  • 1 tsp turmeric Regenerates muscles

  • 1tbsp olive oil Good for lungs and heart

  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped Kidney and intestines

  • 100g roasted peppers

  • 50g spring onions

  • Salt and pepper to taste
