Your reality is a reflection of your mind.

I am going to tell you something that you might no agree and even reject, however this is one peace of information that has changed millions of people.


For the longest you believed that "they" are holding you back, they are NOT.

They are not the cause of your stress, or why you are where you are.

You are the creator of your life and you are constantly creating your reality, consciously or unconsciously, but you are.


Is the way you interpret things that’s causing all those emotions feeling permanent.


Life happens, we cannot pretend it doesn’t, however you choose where you are staying, don’t believe in all that you see or hear … Circumstances shouldn't matter, you tell your mind what to focus on, you lead the creation and manifestation of what becomes physical.


You can be a prisoner without being physically locked out, your mind can make you a prisoner, due to the lack of belief, the limited vision that you have, the doubt, the fear, the old stories that holding you back and are constantly reminding you why you are unworthy.


Do you mind that I tell you that you are WORTHY.

You deserve the world.

And does not matter how they think you look, or if he left you, or if those trousers dont fit

TODAY, right here you matter,

you were born unique, and perfect, no one can make you feel any way unless you allow it.


and if right now you already gave so much of you away and you feel that you allow it, is not too late, take that power back to you.

Break free and allow yourself to see the world that you want, thats all that matters.

Once you do that you make a DECISION of being that version of yourself

sit everyday visualising and getting in tune with that version of yourself, and then start acting in alignment, be, do and feel exactly how you desire to feel and when you least expect boom becomes real.


Last YAS CALL we have talked about this and we empathised the importance of knowing the YOU that you want to be, like that you can start feeling yourself and accepting that you are perfect as you are.


Your identity defines what you do, how you see yourself and how others see you and is also socially constructed as we receive what others give, we accept, we express it and we repeat and so it becomes.

Filter what you receive, based on your idea of who you want to be, you can change anytime to be whoever you want to be, it only takes a decision.

Start embracing who you are right now, Loving who you are right now, your image, your habits, your thoughts, yourself, and what needs changing, get ready to take action.


YOUR MIND


Your mind is not the same identity as you, therefore you are not your mind (BOOM), I know right Nàdia stop saying this things... But listen this is the evidence that you are not your thoughts, as you do not need to act out based on your thoughts, You have a choice.


There are ways to shift your emotions, your thoughts, your blueprint.

Through REPETITION.

Install a new story in your mind.
