Heritage tomato salad with capers and toasted sunflower seeds makes it a healthy party on your tongue. Grilled shallots add a tasty bite when matched with fresh garlic and sherry vinegar. Another tasty treat from Chef Guimas.




Ingredients: Nutritional value

  • 200g tomatoes Magnesium

  • 1 tbsp capers Antioxidant

  • ½ shallot grilled Vitamin A,C,K2

  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar Good for vision

  • 60g baby spinach Blood pressure

  • 4 leaves mint Fibre, Iron

  • 1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 fresh garlic

Salt and pepper to taste.
