Hey All...

After the Live I had the pleasure of jumping on with the amazing Author of Palm Oil and Book Coach Nadia Maddy, I thought I would write a post about it, as the SHE LIVE was amazing a project for women #ichooseme by Nua on @nuacommuinty.

We have decided to jump on a Live and speak with other women about all the struggles and breakthroughs as women we felt that we were going through during this time...

We were not alone,

we found out that most of us (women) were going through something similar and so we asked and shared ways everyone used to overcome.

Women are constantly on the go, career, family, kids, and daily routines, and then suddenly the world stops.

...

Stay at Home!!!

With your kids

with your partners

with YOURSELF...!

and so more than half of the world stays at home, in the so-called quarantine!!

Women have no difficulty in being creative...

So much starts happening in our heads, through our body...

hughh??...

what are those emotions?

who am I??

Why am I feeling this?

What..??

the big A word... YES, anxiety...

Many women explained that this has been a time of reflection,

a time where they struggled to understand themselves,

Struggle to adjust at the new routine, staying at home with the kids...

Domestic violence has increased.

Feelings of frustration and distancing with loved ones also have been an issue.

Needing space

Starting and creating new routines and habits...

If you felt any of these or other breakthroughs let me tell you

1- YOU ARE NOT ALONE

2 - IS TOTALLY OK.

Being on the go tends to allow you to push away things you dont want to deal with, having to stop these things you tried to avoid, or you never dealt with properly, or even you never knew it was there as you never paid attention - these things will come and bite you, screaming at you "IS TIME TO DEAL WITH"

And there you are confronting parts of you, you never paid attention to!!

Mothers have expressed the struggle to adjust working from home and having their kids at home with them, the takeaway message was Kids do need a routine;

REMEMBER who is the parent and who is the child.

The shared ways to deal with our emotions, anxiety, breakthroughs during quarantine:

- Movement - move your body by dancing, exercising, run, a lot of women have explained that suddenly started training and running which was never a part of their routine - REMEMBER motion creates emotion.

- Disconnect from social media - when you are constantly watching posts of other people, sometimes negative posts or else you are living someone releases reality, frying up your brains with

1 - unwanted information

2- unnecessary information

- Rest- this is essential

- Meditate - Meditation is a relaxing way of learning how to focus

- Write - this is one of the best practices you can have.

- Listen to positive and beneficial podcasts, videos.

- Read

- Go out be with Nature.

Is ok to feel down, confused, and "out of character", we are human beings evolving and daily progressing, we will change, we will learn, we are healing; and healing comes with tears, with pain, with confusion, it requires us to stay still and acknowledge it.

Feeling negative emotions is not a bad thing, nor I would encourage you to ignore it, you must allow it, so you can deal with it, understand it and let go.

We are where we are to be where we need to be... All is well!

This is a time where the world seems to have gone bananas, but trust that you can use this time to elevate.

If you are in the chaos, nothing will improve if you continue in the chaos, neither no one will come to grab you out of your frustration and confusion... You must rescue yourself!
