Our First Post of 2020,
Yeaaahhhh
this is supper exiting how do you feel?
Today I choose a super amazing topic: GRATITUDE because I believe that this is the foundation of anything positive and that flows naturally for you.
If you are Grateful you are happy.
A new perspective, a new life so they say...
Have you ever wondered why your life is the same day by day?
Why everything always happens to you?
Why can’t you find happiness…?
As much as you try all you feel is this emptiness!
So let’s scrap that bit and so we will wake up for the next 10 days happy and grateful
Can you do it?
Mmm I know it seems hard I know you thinking by the first week you will flap
Which is completely OK…
We are human beings with really bad habits
And a big one is loving everything but us…
Wasting time on everything but in ourselves
Making sacrifices for others but for ourselves
Listening to what everyone has to say but ignore our own voice
Follow those who show you they have all figured out and neglect what needs fixing in our lives
Live by the rules society and people have stipulated but ignore our beliefs, wants and needs…
And yet we still wonder why we cannot feel happy hein?
Happiness lies within you,
Look at your life right now and give me 5 reason you should be grateful…
Yeah!! Easy…
My kids, they are amazing and truly make my days better, they are my reason why
Grateful for the wonderful family I have who helps me and sticks by me at all times.
My motor skills, I am able to walk and move around which is great and I can independently do most of the tasks that I need such as brushing my teeth.
I am grateful for my job as I am able to pay my bills, my home, my car, the holidays, buy clothes and other things
I am grateful that I am well determined, as it will motivate me to reach my goals

Mmm go on think deeper I am sure you have 10 reasons to be grateful a day for 10 days.
Think about why are you grateful
How does that make you feel??

Hold on to that feeling…
If instead of waking up In the morning focusing on why you drop the coffee, you focus on how grateful you are that you have water, coffee, and a mug to drink that coffee …
oh, and that you are able to make your own coffee and grab the mug and swallow it with no problem (yes there are people out there who can’t!)
Life changes when we look at things differently!!
Why not try this exercise and let me know how you feel?
See it for yourself if it works? The worse that can happen is it doesn't right?
Hope You all had a great start of the year and that 2020 REALLY is the YEAR for you, remember progress is a continuous practice and routine, so never get that comfortable.
