Lets talk Gratitude


Hey guys!

Lets talk about Gratitude,

yeahhh,

one of my favourite topics.

And I start by asking you

Are you a grateful person?

What do you think makes you one?

Let me start my saying that GRATITUDE is one of the most important habits you should have in your life.

Is TRANSFORMATIONAL and takes you to anywhere you want to be.

You see,

In my life I have been grateful since I can remember myself...

However I did not practice GRATITUDE the right way.

I would FOCUS on the negatives

Overthink,

BE scared when a bill was coming through

Make comments like "life is a bitch"

without realising that I needed to Focus on HERE and NOW.

And in return I would keep seeing the same things

over and over again.

Because what we FOCUS on GROWS.

Something had to change, so I could become whom I wanted to be, a woman ready for her abundance of greatness.

and so I started this amazing GRATITUDE routine,

where I would (1) write my gratitude lists daily and fully (2) focus on what I was grateful for (3)what I wanted to grow

(4) what I could be grateful for even in the most challenging situations, (5) and for the things "money can't buy".

These steps are :

- the turning point,

- built the confidence you need to trust yourself

- awareness of many things you are grateful for and WHY

- Shift your attention to the SOLUTION instead of the ISSUE

Being grateful is TRANSFORMATIONAL for your life, way of thinking and looking at life and so is the biggest step you are taking towards a better version of you.
