About Letting Go.

Hey beautiful,

I jump here today to write about Letting go.

two words we often say, however, we cannot really follow it.

Letting go requires more than the desire to let go.


Let me tell you about things I wanted to let go before I learned the skills to do so.

(ATTENTION: just because I have learned the skills to do so does not mean is an easy process or that the same order applies to everyone)


I once wanted to let go of:


- Judgment

- An unhealthy attachment to a lover

- The pain I had that I linked to my parents due to my experiences

- Feeling unworthy


My Story:


I was a rebel,

In the end, I was only looking to be loved, someone to care, and every time someone appeared I would do something to prove them and me that I was unlovable (unconsciously).

This happens since I remember myself because that was the story my subconscious played over and over again due to being left by my parents, staying up late at the window waiting for them to arrive after they have promised, the memories of seeing them leave with my younger sister and leaving me behind and so on...

I was only a child forming these internal beliefs automatically and so my actions would follow my beliefs.

I grew up

and despite all of the negative experiences I had, I have always wanted better, more and had the determination to do so, however, I always felt that everything was harder than it should be.

I felt in Love and was in a "complicated" relationship, again sabotaging everything along the way, because I was unworthy of being loved.

I always strived in my career, I would get the promotion and start working something bigger and somehow I would lose interest, or felt stuck, again because in the back of my mind I didn't feel worthy enough of having what I desired.

I decided to then start working out at the GYM, this worked on my consistency,

I was ready to change these patterns.


Enough!

I said,

This has to change, and so I got myself ready to invest in myself.

I brought a few programs,

worked with a coach,

made a list of what I wanted to achieve

and what I was ready to do to achieve.


I learned that there were things I needed to do, to step forward, One of the massive steps I had to do was to LET GO:

of judgment towards others, experiences and most importantly myself

I needed to Forgive others, experiences and most importantly myself

I needed to accept experiences, how others are, and who am I

I needed to believe in myself, my actions and what I wanted being DETACHED from the outcome.


And so ALL transformed: I became Worthy and Now:


I am WORTHY of being Loved and being in a healthy relationship

I am worthy of serving the world with my work

I am worthy of devoting myself to others

I am worthy of being abundant in all areas of my life

I am worthy regardless of the opinions of others, and the experiences I had

I am worthy BECAUSE I am Not a VICTIM of my life.



The shift comes from within, even if we need to do external things to activate the change, You can change your hair, your look, your clothes, buy a car, a home and wear a fake smile all day that if you don't work with your inner self You will still be unhealthy.


It is a programming process that we use to re-wire our brains.


TODAY I WANT YOU TO:


Sit and breathe, in and out for a minute or two.

I want you to be in a comfortable position, and when you close your eyes to intentionally breathe in and out until you are completely relaxed.

Pay attention to your limbs and relax them as you are thinking of them.

when you are comfortable,

Focus on your breathing.

Do this for 1-2 minutes.

When you are ready I want you to write, Whatever you feel like.

Write what came to your mind.

Now write a list of what you would like to let go and why.


The first step of Letting go is AWARENESS

The second step is Practice

The Third is Mindset Shift.



It is time to let go.

Of what no longer serves you,

What blocks your success.

In order to receive, you must clean the space

So you are ready.


This week will be FULL MOON the best time to cleanse your space and let go of what no longer serves you.

- Write your list

- Burn it, or rip it while you are in prayer affirming what you are letting go.


Letting go is important as it opens space for abundance to come into your life...
