How many times do you put yourself last?
How many times you want to care for yourself but first you have so much to do that you change the "caring for yourself" for another day?
How many times do you stop yourself from doing something you really want to do it because someone close said it was not a good idea, or it was a silly idea?
How many times you have said your ideas and dreams out loud and was attacked with those looks of: "crazy!", "that's impossible", "you what?". And that was all you needed for not doing anything about it right?
Let me tell you something
Life is a Bitch, but you are tougher baby!
And you need no approval from anyone around you because YOU ARE ENOUGH!
You need yourself to yourself before you can give something to others.
For you to be an amazing mother, wife, friend, daughter, sister, you first need to be amazing for yourself!
Take time for yourself,
Enjoy your own company
Learn how to listen to your voice before you listen to others.
Say NO to others
You can only be free once you are able to be comfortable with your real self. and this is achievable, requires determination, strength, courage and being able to put yourself first.
Learn how to listen to your inner being and follow what you believe, the more you allow others to dictate your life, the more unhappy you will be...
Is that even your life at the end of the day?
We live once and tomorrow is not promised so;
- if you want that job GO AND GET IT
- If you want That care Go AND GET IT
- If you want that Relationship GO AND GET IT
-If you want happiness look withing GO AND GET IT
Do not lose someone special because others, or your insecurities and fears, don't miss that opportunity of having the job, finance, body or car that you so much want because of your excuses.
NO EXCUSES if you want it bad enough GO AND GET IT.
Learn how to put yourself first, know yourself, what you want, what you don't want and act accordingly, is OK to feel lost, Find who you are then GO AND GET IT.
Before you can be anyone else's you have to be yours!
