You hold the pen...

You can choose to be whoever you want, to focus on whatever you want, and attract what you desire. Is all manifested by You, I know this is a reality hard to accept, but once you understand it life becomes lighter, obstacles are no longer an issue, and negativity is no longer ruling your days...


By aligning your thoughts - feelings - intention - desire and actions you will then receive.

The vibration you send, the universe matches, therefore you must get to a place where you are aligning your thoughts to your feelings and act according to your desires with the intention of receiving.

In this way, you are projecting the energy which you are attracting to yourself. Meaning if you are appreciative you attract appreciation right? You get what you put out there.

Once you understand that to find your happiness is to connect with your true self, then standing in your power finding your own satisfaction is the best you can do, and once you learn and become consistent at that you will not have the need of controlling anyone. Hence you will have a better relationship with yourself and everyone, in turn, everyone around will look more beautiful and special to you.

Those around you will feel that you don't need anything from them apart from what they offering, and what you choose to pay attention to that you by what feels good to you.

And this is a state where you want to be in, where You want something however you are detached from the outcome because this is what will bring you all that you want.

I will give you 3 EXERCISES


SHIFTING YOUR THOUGHTS: When you wake up in the morning before doing anything in your day, let your mind wander, and choose your thoughts carefully. This is a crucial time for you to set your daily thoughts and how's your day going. Do it every day for 21 days and write it down how do you feel daily...

Start looking at patterns and when does your mood is triggered.


GRATITUDE: write a list of 5-10 things you grateful for and why every morning for 28 days.

For Example: Thank you Universe/God/ X, I am so grateful for ______because_______. Thank you.

START BELIEVING IN YOURSELF AND SELF WORTH:

1 Write a list of the things you have accomplished in your life and spend time feeling how felt accomplish them... then write 2 things that you want to accomplish and make it your goal - MAKE SURE YOU ACCOMPLISH IT (write down a deadline and what)

2 write a worthiness letter to the different versions of yourself for 21 days thank you and appreciate you and your experiences.
